1. Это у вас 64-разрядная Windows?
2. Виртуальные хосты явно не хотите задать?

2. каким образом немного не понял

кто знает причину подсажите пожл.

32-разрядный сервер на 64-разрядной ОС вполне может глючить.

Нужно снять комментарий напротив

#Include conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.conf

а в самом файле настроить виртуальные хосты (лучше избегая localhost, настраивая другие имена)

сначала апач подключался ошибка началась после подключения php ...

у меня то же самое, сначала всё работало, а как поставил PHP, сервер перестал запускаться
