| | С 1.3 все все нормально, а вот со вторым проблемы...ну во первых все по другому, если в первом апаче все настройки хранились в файле "httpd.conf", то во втором этот файл выглядит следующим образом:

Я начинаю его править и удалять все лишнее, исходя из следующего:

Далее перезапускаю апач и получаю следующий ответ:

Первое сообщение говорит о том, что порты указанные мной совпадает с портами которые апач прослушивает по умолчанию. Второе сообщение сообщает о том что я вообще не имею виртуальных хостов, повторюсь, но такая конфигурация прекрасно работала на первом апаче. Удаляю порты:
