Здравствуйте.
Просмотрите хронологию PHPSESSID, вконце по какойто причине оживает 26b745aed2061e63363aeadf05548496, хотя до эдотого было e38cc16960d1fad604969b25d00b0504. Програмно ничего не задается, никаких манипуляций с сессиями. Глюки происходят после того когда с друго сайта осуществляется переход на http://somesitea.ru/wm_payment/success.html.

Судя по коду, это WMTransfer. У него на этапе проверки параметров как минимум пару раз идет обращение не от броузера клиента, а от проверяющего сервера системы, возможно от него и остается новая сессия
